A purchase in seconds
The user picks an item on the machine, pays on the terminal, and the machine dispenses it. The terminal talks to the machine over MDB, the standard protocol for vending payments, so it can be installed on any machine with an MDB interface.

The user presents their SECANDA card. The amount is instantly debited from their wallet.
Mobile app
With the SECANDA app, the user scans the QR code on screen and confirms the payment from their smartphone.
TWINT
The user scans the QR code with TWINT. Ideal for occasional visitors without a SECANDA card or account.

Which machines are compatible?

Do users need a SECANDA card or account to pay?
No. SECANDA card and app holders pay from their wallet. Occasional visitors pay with TWINT, with no card or account.
Where do vending sales show up?
Every transaction flows into SECANDA Pay alongside your organization's other payments: one back office and centralized reporting.
How is the terminal updated?
